On Thursday June 22 at 11am in Aula VIII at Palazzo Centrale, Dr. Ilgi Gercek, Ass. Prof. of Ancient Near Eastern Languages and History, and Latin at Bilken University (Ankara TR) will present a lecture entitled: Rethinking the Hittite State (and its Governance).

All members of our MA community are welcome to attend the event. An internationally acclaimed scholar, Dr. Gercek is also responsible for the Erasmus exchange with our MA program, and those interested in Erasmus at their MA in English in Ankara are welcome to come talk to her after the event.
